BOOKING PROCESS

You can book your stay directly through the hotel website. To book, please complete the following steps:

1. Enter desired dates, rates are valid from May 9 to 18th, 2025. Then, click "Check Availability."

2. Click "Add Code." In the dropdown menu, click "Discount Code" and select "Rate Access/Corporate Code". Enter "WEDD15." Then, click, "Add"

3. A wedding rate with a 15% discount should become available. Click "Book"

4. Input all required information and in the additional comments section, input "CATHERINE COFFIN & JUAN PABLO YU WEDDING."

Please note that special wedding rates are subject to availability.

RESERVATION INCLUSIONS AND POLICIES

> Buffet Breakfast and VAT 10% included, Florence City tax not included

> Guarantee Policy: All reservations require credit card guarantee due at time of booking.

> Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival before 4 p.m. hotel time to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax - the hotel will charge the amount of 1 night on the attendees credit card as not refundable deposit 29 days prior to arrival. Cancellation between 29 days prior to arrival and the arrival date or no-show or late cancellation: the total amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty.
